KANISHKA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED, the provider of the Foodiisoft application and website, is not responsible for processing payments or handling refunds. All payment transactions and refund requests are managed by the respective Food Vendors from whom you place your orders.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations by the User:
Cancellation Window: Users may cancel their orders directly through the Foodiisoft application or website within the time frame specified by the Food Vendor. This time frame will vary depending on the Food Vendor’s specific policies.
Procedure: To cancel an order, navigate to the "My Orders" section, select the order you wish to cancel, and follow the prompts to initiate the cancellation process. The cancellation request will be sent to the Food Vendor for approval.
Approval: Cancellation requests are subject to the Food Vendor’s approval. Users will receive a notification confirming whether the cancellation was successful.
Order Cancellations by the Food Vendor
Vendor Cancellations: Food Vendors reserve the right to cancel orders due to various reasons such as unavailability of items, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Users will be notified promptly if their order is cancelled by the Food Vendor.
Refunds for Vendor Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation by the Food Vendor, users are entitled to a full refund. Refund processing will be handled directly by the Food Vendor.
Refund Policy

Order Issues: Users may request a refund for various reasons, including but not limited to incorrect items received, damaged items, or poor quality of food.
Procedure: To request a refund, contact the Food Vendor directly using the contact information provided in your order confirmation email or within the Foodiisoft application.
Vendor’s Discretion: Refund approvals are at the sole discretion of the Food Vendor. Kanishka Software Private Limited is not involved in the decision-making process for refunds.
Refund Process:
Initiation: Once a refund request is approved by the Food Vendor, the refund process will be initiated by the Food Vendor.
Time Frame: The time frame for receiving the refund may vary depending on the Food Vendor’s policies and the payment method used.
