food vendors listed on the Foodiisoft platform are entirely responsible for the
preparation, packaging, and delivery of your order. Foodiisoft does not own, sell,
resell, furnish, provide, prepare, manage, or control the vendors or the services
they provide.
Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time provided when you place an order is based on the
information given by the food vendor. Actual delivery times may vary depending on
various factors including, but not limited to, weather conditions, traffic, and the
vendor’s delivery capacity.
Order Processing

Once you place an order through the Foodiisoft platform, you will receive an
order confirmation. This confirmation signifies that your order has been received
and is being processed by the food vendor.

the status of your order through the Foodiisoft application or website.
Delivery Charges

Issues with Delivery

Any disputes regarding delivery or the condition of the food must be resolved
directly between the user and the food vendor.
