Foodiisoft - Terms And Conditions

Welcome to Foodiisoft, a Cafeteria Management System owned and operated by KANISHKA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Foodiisoft mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the App or to products and services we make available through the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KANISHKA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. You should review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:

To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of the App or expose them to liability.

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

The App facilitates orders and payments for food and beverages provided by independent food vendors ("Food Vendors"). We do not prepare, cook, or handle any food or beverages offered through the App.

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or preparation of food and beverages provided by the Food Vendors. Any issues or concerns with the food and beverages should be directed to the Food Vendor.

Payments for food and beverages are processed directly to the Food Vendors. We do not retain any payment on behalf of the Food Vendors.

All payment-related issues or disputes should be resolved directly with the Food Vendor.

The responsibility for GST (Goods and Services Tax) compliance and payment to the government rests with the Food Vendors. We are not liable for any GST obligations related to the food and beverages.

Compliance with FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) regulations, including obtaining necessary licenses and maintaining hygiene standards, is the sole responsibility of the Food Vendors.

Food Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their kitchens comply with all applicable health, safety, and hygiene regulations. We do not oversee or ensure compliance with these standards.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to the food and beverages provided by the Food Vendors, including but not limited to food poisoning, allergic reactions, or any other food-related incidents.

We do not warrant or guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any food or beverages offered by the Food Vendors.
