Application ("App"), a Cafeteria Management System located at Skyline Status, 703-704, Mahatma Gandhi Rd, Pant Nagar, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400077. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by
this Disclaimer. If you do not agree with this Disclaimer, please do not use our
App.
Third-Party Food Vendors:
The food and beverages available through our
App are provided by independent food
vendors ("Food Vendors"). KANISHKA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED does not prepare, cook,
or otherwise handle any food or beverages offered through the App.
We facilitate the ordering and payment process
but are not responsible for the
preparation, quality, or safety of the food and beverages provided by the Food
Vendors.
Payments:
All payments for food and beverages are
processed directly to the respective Food
Vendor. KANISHKA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED does not retain any payment on behalf of
the Food Vendors.
Any issues or disputes regarding payments
should be resolved directly with the Food
Vendor.
GST and FSSAI Compliance:
Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Food Safety
and Standards Authority of India
(FSSAI) compliance are the sole responsibilities of the Food Vendors.
Food Vendors are responsible for managing and
paying GST to the government. The
liability for GST related to the food and beverages lies with the Food Vendors.
Compliance with FSSAI regulations, including
but not limited to obtaining the
necessary licenses and maintaining hygiene standards, is managed by the Food
Vendors.
Kitchen Compliance:
All aspects of kitchen compliance, including
hygiene and safety standards, are the
responsibility of the Food Vendors. KANISHKA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED does not
oversee or ensure compliance with these standards.
Limitation of Liability:
KANISHKA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable
for any damages, losses, or claims
arising from or related to the food and beverages provided by the Food Vendors,
including but not limited to food poisoning, allergic reactions, or any other
food-related incidents.
We do not warrant or guarantee the quality,
safety, or suitability of any food or
beverages offered by the Food Vendors.
User Responsibility:
Users are advised to verify the credentials,
quality, and compliance of the Food
Vendors. Any reliance on the food and beverages provided through our App is at the
user's own risk.
Changes to this Disclaimer:
We reserve the right to modify or update this
Disclaimer at any time. Any changes
will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Disclaimer on our App. Your
continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new
Disclaimer.
